Business Plan Review We appreciate that sometimes people want to go it alone. While we do not recommend it, our business aim is to create success for small to medium sized businesses. The more there are, the more success these businesses and the UK in general will have. So if you have already prepared a business plan and would like the benefit of having it independently reviewed prior to submission to your bank etc please contact us. We promise to retain its confidentiality and respond to you with our comments, including any areas we believe could be improved prior to submission. Again we do not charge for this service as whether as a result of this advice you decide to retain our service, we are confident that you will refer us to other potential clients.
Business Plan, Financing & Project Management This is our main area of expertise. We believe that preparation and presentation are the keys to a successful financing solution. We will work with you to ensure that the business is "investor ready", through the prepartion of a detailed business plan. Once this is completed we will work with you to consider a suitable financing structure for the business. Our project management service offers support and guidance throughout the process from initial meeting through to draw down of
funding. Our fees for this service vary according to the type of business proposal and finance required but
as a guide we would seek to obtain an engagement fee of £500-£1500 plus a success fee of 1%-5%.
