Part Time Finance Director
All large companies employ a Finance Director and acknowledge that it is an essential requirement for it to develop successfully. At DMR we believe that the financial needs of smaller businesses are just as important as those of larger companies so we introduced the concept of the Part Time Finance Director.
 

The concept is simple - your business benefits the expertise of a highly experienced Financial Director without incurring the expense of hiring someone full-time. Our Finance Directors have considerable corporate experience and the enthusiasm and commitment to make a real difference to your business.

 

The service is primarily aimed at businesses:

 

  • With turnover greater than £250,000
  • Growing so fast that they risk losing financial control
  • Where the owner has been operating as the FD, but now spends more time pushing paper than managing the business
  • Needing to start planning financially for the next stage of growth
  • Encountering financial challenges which cannot be overcome with the current team
  • Needing monthly financial reporting and presentation to the management team

 

Involvement is flexible and bespoke to your needs, either on a part-time or on a project basis. As such fee levels vary but we are happy to discuss either fixed fee arrangements or results orientated fees against preset targets or guidelines.
